Autoship customer report

The Autoship Customer Report is a summary of your WooCommerce Customers alongside basic Autoship information including:

  • Last Autoship (when their last Autoship Schedule date occurred)
  • Next Autoship (when their next Autoship Schedule date will occur)
  • Active (how many Autoship Schedules a customer currently has that are active)
  • Paused (how many Autoship Schedules a customer currently has that are paused)

Popular Uses for the Autoship Customer Report

This report is popular for looking up customers who are already known to have an Autoship Schedule because it summarizes Autoship data alongside the customers name and email address.  Like all Autoship reports, the data can be exported to a CSV.

Popular workflows include:

  • Lookup customer by name or email address to verify active, paused or no Autoship Schedules
  • Export to CSV to segment active vs paused customers
  • Export to CSV to segment by last and next Autoship date
