Enable Free Shipping

The Autoship Free Shipping option enables a special Free Shipping method specifically for Autoship orders

Option 1: Disable Autoship Free Shipping.

By default, Autoship Free Shipping is disabled. Select this option to use your existing shipping settings with no special changes.

Option 2: Add the Autoship Free Shipping method to both Checkout and recurring Autoship orders.

Select this option to enable a special Free Shipping method at checkout when the customer has Autoship items in the cart. Note: This option will also enable Autoship Free Shipping on the Autoship Schedules page

Option 3: Add the Autoship Free Shipping method to recurring Autoship orders only.

Select this option to make the Autoship Free Shipping method available on the Autoship Schedules page only. Customers can select Free Shipping for recurring orders only. The Free Shipping method will not be available at checkout with this option.

Free Shipping on Shipping Error

In some cases, the customer's selected shipping method can be unavailable on the date when the Autoship order is processed. This is due to changes made to shipping settings after the original order has been placed. Select the Free Shipping on Shipping Error option to apply Free Shipping to Autoship orders when no other shipping method can be found.
