TLS 1.2

Some payment gateways require TLS 1.2 (For example: Authorize.net, PayPal). Follow the steps below to verify that your server is configured to use TLS 1.2.

Verify TLS 1.2

1. Install the TLS 1.2 Compatibility Test plugin. See Managing Wordpress Plugins for additional assistance.
2. Activate the TLS 1.2 Compatibility Test plugin.
3. Navigate to Tools > TLS 1.2 Test.
4. Verify that the page displays the success message "TLS 1.2 Enabled".

   

Troubleshooting

If your site is not configured for TLS 1.2, please have a server administrator upgrade the TLS implementation on the server. See the links below for more information:
