Autoship orders report

The Autoship orders report is a summary log of WooCommerce orders containing products selected for Autoship.

While all created orders are fundamentally WooCommerce orders, this report helps to identify the source of the order as an "order type":

1. Autoship Order (created automatically from an Autoship Schedule)
2. WooCommerce Checkout (created by WooCommerce checkout)
